Discovery
After you apply through the contact page, we will have a video call to get to know each other and discuss your business needs. If we are a great fit, I’ll send over a project contract + deposit invoice with everything you need to secure your date and start our design partnership.

Strategy
Now it’s time to dig deep into your brand and uncover your core! You’ll fill out a design strategy questionnaire which will be followed by a 1:1 strategy intensive workshop. Then you will receive a custom strategy roadmap and creative direction for your project. This will include your moodboards to ensure we’re on the right direction to move forward. For website design, you will receive a website strategy + content questionnaire followed by a website direction presentation.

Design + Refine
Upon approval of the moodboard direction, a comprehensive brand concept will be sent in a PDF document with an accompanied explanation video. If needed, we will refine your concept. For websites, we’ll present a homepage mockup first, and after refinements, we’ll build the remainder of the website.

Launch!
Once the brand and website is approved, all deliverables are sent through google drive with personalized training videos and a brand style guide to help you stay consistent and sustain your newly elevated brand. We will reveal your new brand + website on social media and celebrate!
